All custom orders require a 3 week notice. We are not able to fulfill orders placed within the week of due date.Please allow 24 to 48 hrs for a response. 

 

We require at least 7 days for orders placed online. All orders require a Non refundable 50% deposit. (Deposits secure your date)  

 

You have 24 hrs to cancel an order to receive a full refund.  All orders must be paid in full before pick up.

 

Once processing has begun on your order, your deposit is forfeited. We are not responsible for items once they have left our premises. Last minute orders will have a 20% charge attached to it.
